Exchange / Returns Policy
If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, let our customer service team know and we will gladly exchange or refund it (based on your preference). Exchange or Return is possible only within three (3) days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms herein:
(a) In case you wish to Exchange or Return the product(s), please contact us on email using the email address – email@example.com or by any other communication means given in the Contact Us page for approval and further actions. We may ask you to deliver the product to a delivery point.
(b) Exchange or Return shall be made provided the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with all accessories and Free bundles.
(c) No Exchange or Return is allowed for the following product categories: Plastic-ware products, Phone covers, Clothing, and Personal care products.
(d) If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer.
(e) In the case of Dead on Arrival (DOA) product(s) / Out of the Box failure, our service centre/ service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and will offer either a replacement or product repair at its discretion.
(f) Please note Zedali Solutions is a retailer only and the obligation for warranty rests with manufacturer of the product as per the warranty condition listed on the warranty card or as provided under Warranty terms and conditions in the absence of a warranty card.
The products displayed on the Zedali Solutions Website carry limited warranty from brand/manufacturer/distributor for a limited period against manufacturing defects only. The terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per warranty card attached with each product. Where warranty card is absent, the terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty shall be as per the terms and conditions listed on this website. Warranty commences from the date of the Invoice, unless specified otherwise. Warranty is applicable within the limits of the Republic of Zambia only unless specified otherwise in the warranty card or on the Website. Zedali Solutions will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the brand/manufacturer/distributor. In the case the product is defective and/or requires repair, it is your responsibility to deliver the product, at your cost, to our designated collection centres. Other than what is provided by the brand/manufacturer/distributor, we hereby expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted (including product information and/or specifications) on the Website.
