What is Zedali Solutions and who owns it?

The site Zedali Solutions (https://www.zedalisolutions.co.zm) is an online e-commerce store offering you all kinds of household items and much more. Zedali Solutions is  a registered Business Name owned and operated by the Daly Cleaning Services Limited (https://www.dalycleaning.com) .

Is it necessary for me to register an account?

You can check out without being registered, but we recommend you take a few minutes to sign up for a speedier checkout experience. Setting up an account will allow you to place your orders without having to fill in your name and address details every time you shop with us.

How do I place an order the website?

It’s easy! Once you have found what you are looking for, all you need to do is:

1. Add items to your cart.

2. Check your cart, if you are happy, Click to checkout.

3. Key in your billing address.

4. Confirm your shipping address (For our Lusaka city customers, if you have opted for Home Delivery, the Street Address provided under the Billing address will be taken as the Shipping address).

5. Pay and await your delivery

How do I know Zedali Solutions has received my order?

We'll drop you a confirmation Email or SMS as soon as we receive an order from you. This email will contain an exclusive order number which shall be used as a reference for all your queries thereon. We'll also give you a call if we require any further details from you.

Can I cancel my order online?

It is okay to change your mind. You shall have the right to cancel your order any time prior to your receipt of Dispatch E-mail/SMS (Order In-Transit stage) without any liability.

Are there any cancellation charges?

Cancellations made before your delivery is in-transit are free of any charge. Any cancellation after receipt of Dispatch E-mail/SMS (Order In-Transit stage) shall be subject to reimbursement of a 10% charge of total invoice value (“Cancellation Charges”) to cover the cost of expenses (including shipment charges) incurred by Zedali Solutions. 

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept various payment methods including Debit and Credit cards, mobile money, bank transfer or cash on delivery (for clients in Lusaka). We will confirm receipt of your deposit/transfer by E-mail/SMS to you.

Is it safe to use my card on Zedali Solutions?

Yes, it is perfectly safe. Radian Online uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to process payment details - the international standard for internet browsing security, and have partnered with reputable international payment gateway providers to handle payments made on the site.

What type of delivery options do you offer?

The delivery of the products shall be made either directly by Zedali Solutions or through third party courier/logistic services providers on all days except on Saturday and National holidays. As at current, we offer the following options for delivery of your purchased goods:

  • Customer pick up at Waterfall Mall, KKIA roundabout, Lusaka.

  • In-Store Pick-up from our warehouse in Meanwood Ndeke.

  • Home Delivery (For Lusaka City Customers only with delivery within 25kms radius of Lusaka CBD and easily accessible by a delivery truck).

  • Courier out of Lusaka at a fee to be paid by You.

What is your exchange or return policy?

Hopefully this situation does not arrive, however we do have a three (3) day Exchange or Return Policy. Kindly refer to our Exchange, Returns & Warranties page, which sets out the procedure and requirements for exchange, return and repair.

How many days will it take to process my cancellation request?

We will do our best to handle your request as quickly as possible. However, for guideline purposes, we will process your refund within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned product by us at our warehouse in Lusaka. Please note that it may take longer for the refund to be processed by your bank.
